Office Manager / Accountant

Payne Cole Designs is a luxury design and architecture firm with offices in Whitefish, Missoula Montana and Park City, Utah. Our team consists of highly talented and collaborative individuals who combine technology and creative design to produce luxurious residential and commercial projects in Montana, Park City, Jackson Hole and beyond.

ROle Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in our Missoula location for an Office Manager/Accountant position at Payne Cole Designs. The Office Manager will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks, including providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment and supplies, managing multiple schedules. This role will also fulfill all our accounting needs for the Missoula office.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in administrative assistance and office administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and outlook
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of design and architecture industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and 1 plus years of experience
