Within just weeks the design was complete and fully rendered and even quicker was the Construction Drawing set achieved to allow this home to go from concept to concrete in just 90 short days. With a family of at least 16 that would be calling Deep Bay home for several months each summer there was a team focus of both lake living as well as luxury features throughout. Separating the main home but just steps from the daily play space of a “play barn” that features its own chef’s kitchen, sunken hot pool that is only a few feet from the glacier fed lake water. There’s no need to run the extra few feet to the massive main house when this structure has it all.
