As one of our first projects commissioned within Marcella, this residence presented an opportunity to create an architectural landmark worthy of its extraordinary setting.
Expansive views stretch across Marcella’s ski slopes and village toward the Jordanelle Reservoir and surrounding mountains. Our mission was to create architecture that fully embraces that landscape.
Every element of the residence was designed around the land and its remarkable view corridors. Walls of glass blur the separation between interior and exterior, while thoughtfully positioned living spaces capture a different perspective throughout the home. Rather than competing with the mountain, the architecture responds to it, creating a bold residence that feels deeply connected to its surroundings.
The result is a home defined by its views, shaped by its setting, and designed to feel as though it is simply part of the mountain itself.
