This timeless luxury, 5 Star restaurant and Cabaret features four levels of food and entertainment and event space spanning sixteen thousand square feet. The design and craftsmanship is unequalled across the West. Herb and Omni was designed to pay tribute to the luxuries that Nature provides while pampering its customers in all aspects of dining and entertainment.
The Payne Cole story is told by no other project than at Herb and Omni. Working with an incredibly high-level team of restaurantaurs our Architect and Design team went to work creating a story that the Owner and Management could watch unfold before their eyes.
The process was so perfectly fit to the demanding timeline of this project, along with the incredible level of luxury finish and design, that the entire design focused solely on the photo realistic renders that only Payne Cole can do, to scale, exact and within hours when needed.
As the project began, it’s journey from Design through renders through construction, the story revealed, as all Payne Cole projects, that the level of accuracy to the completed project is simply magical. With construction starting and reaching completion in just 7 short months, doors opened in 2023 and the world was presented with Herb and Omni!
